Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the SDK Pilot autonomous engineering platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SDK Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Autonomous Operations & Liability

SDK Pilot utilizes advanced AST manipulation and sandboxed V8 environments to automatically generate and self-heal TypeScript SDKs. While our system guarantees compilation success (zero type errors), you are solely responsible for reviewing and merging the generated Pull Requests into your repository. RBCA Global Pte. Ltd. assumes no liability for runtime logic errors or breaking changes merged into your production environments.

3. Subscriptions and No Refund Policy

SDK Pilot requires significant computational resources to run dedicated local TypeScript compilers and autonomous self-healing loops for your repositories.

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring periodic basis.
• All subscription payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the immediate allocation of high-performance cloud compilation resources upon subscription, we do not offer refunds, partial or in full, once a billing cycle has commenced.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RBCA Global Pte. Ltd. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
